With too many people involved in a project, direction can get lost, deadlines exceeded and everybody standing around pointing either to their left or right, depending which way the circle is going.  At Solitair, we take a different approach to Project Management, we ensure that the project is designed with the delivery date and budget in mind using a common sense approach.  If a particular component has a long lead time, we’ll redesign to suit a similar, available component or if a low cost method of manufacture is too time consuming we’ll redesign to an alternative method that produces better results  faster, thus reducing the overall project cost.  In short we ‘lead form the front’, ensuring that your project is delivered on time and on budget.
